In 2018 our organization supported two local non-profits helping to raise awareness and funding for these programs.

In 2019 our organization will continue to raise funds, create awareness and connect community through a variety of events. Please see what we have accomplished below.

We are just getting started!

Season of giving beneficiary Manna Food Bank

Thanks to everyone who came out in support of our monthly tea dance. We raised $287 which will be matched by Love, Tito's making the grand total $574.

Manna Food Bank does great work in our community and we encourage everyone to keep giving.

LGBTQ Archives

The North Carolina Room at Pack Library is preserving the Asheville gay history by collecting items and stories. We encourage you to donate and old programs, posters or other items. We have a deep rich history in WNC!

Asheville Gay Men's Chorus

For over 20 years Asheville’s gay men’s chorus has been sharing its voice with Asheville and the greater Western North Carolina area. Starting with just a few gay men the chorus continues to grow reaching an ever-increasing diverse audience.

Over the years the chorus has continued to provide concerts in cooperation with other organizations. Working with the local AIDS organization, local colleges, Blue Ridge Pride celebrations and the PULSE memorial. The chorus strives to build a stronger community within the organization and the community at large. Whether it be a wedding, a memorial or a performance for the regional Buncombe County Democratic Women the organization remains committed to offering excellence in musical performance and serving as ambassadors for the LGBTQ community.

Blue Ridge Pride

Our Mission

To promote equality, safety, and quality of life for western North Carolina’s LGBTQ and allied communities, working as a united community through advocacy, celebration, education and service.

Our Vision

An inclusive community, where people are embraced for who they are and feel welcomed to engage and contribute.

Beer City Sisters

Since the beginning of the sisters in Asheville we have provided sponsorship and financial support for this organization working in our LGBTQ community. In 2018 we were awarded a Beatification which decreed us 'Angel D'Love'.

Loving Food Resources

Our revival tea dance in August raised $300 for this worthy organization.
